remove the reflection using the clone stamp (advanced)

clone stamp the water in the background to make it symmetrical

clone stamp some information into the blown out areas

and clone another me somewhere in the picture

(advanced students can clone onto an empty layer and transform the size for perspective)

try removing the pole in the background

(advanced students should remove the fence too)

use the clone stamp to fill in the blown out areas

with information from other parts of the picture
